Rilwan Olashile Oladipupo

Rilwan Olashile Oladipupo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rilwan Olashile has held significant leadership positions in various companies, showcasing their expertise in commercial operations, supply chain management, and strategic leadership.

Starting in 2008, Rilwan began their career as a Procurement and Logistics Intern at CWG PLC. Rilwan Olashile quickly advanced through the company, eventually becoming an Assistant Procurement and Logistics Manager in 2014.

In 2018, Rilwan joined Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held multiple roles, including Warehouse and Logistics Lead and Senior Supply Chain Lead. During their time there, they implemented operational improvements and optimized supply chain processes.

Rilwan then moved on to Euro Mega Atlantic Nigeria Ltd in 2021 as the Country Head for the GT Retail Logistics Business. Rilwan Olashile was responsible for managing a team of expats and overseeing the daily warehousing activities for national retail logistics.

In 2022, Rilwan joined Kyosk Digital Services Limited as the Country General Manager for Nigeria. Rilwan Olashile provided strategic leadership, focused on financial accountability, and developed and implemented business plans tailored to the Nigerian market.

In 2023, Rilwan took on the role of Head of Supply & Commercial at Sabi, where they formulated and executed commercial strategies to foster growth and maximize revenue streams.

Currently, Rilwan is the Global Head of Commercial Operations (CCO) at Loft Africa. In this role, they lead the sales and business development teams, develops and executes commercial strategies, and conducts market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Throughout their career, Rilwan has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth, optimize supply chain operations, and provide strategic leadership.

Rilwan Olashile Oladipupo has a diverse education history. Rilwan Olashile completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Nexford University in 2023. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Institut Superieur Bilingue Libre Du Togo. Rilwan has also acquired a Project Management Professional certification from the Ethical Hacking Academy and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Engineering from Lagos City Polytechnic.

In terms of further certifications, Rilwan has completed several courses, including Intrapreneurship, Change Management-Leading Organizational Changes, MBA Foundation Courses, and Delegating from a Distance from various institutions such as Nexford University and LinkedIn. Rilwan Olashile has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Agile Foundations, and Entrepreneurship Foundations, among others.
