Talia McCurtain

Talia McCurtain serves as the Senior Director of Business Development at LogicMonitor since October 2015, where Talia has played a pivotal role in expanding the Business Development organization from 4 to over 85 members by the end of 2021. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, and motivating team members to ensure their growth and success. In addition to work at LogicMonitor, Talia is a Mentor with #GirlsClub and has experience as a Development Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, where Talia conducted research to support philanthropic initiatives. Talia also held positions in market development and research assistant roles, contributing to market analysis and academic research. Talia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
