Melia Keller Psyd

Melia Keller, PsyD, MBA has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on marketing and community relations. Melia has served as Vice President, Marketing & Community Relations at Logix Federal Credit Union since October 2020, where they oversee brand management, advertising, public relations, and community involvement efforts. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Marketing at F&A Federal Credit Union from March 2014 to October 2020, where they were responsible for member communication, branding, promotion, and business development initiatives. Melia also served as Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations at Financial Partners Credit Union in 2013, overseeing market strategy and directing marketing department activities. Before their roles in the credit union industry, they held various positions such as President/CEO at MID-CITIES CREDIT UNION, Communications and Marketing Manager at California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues, and Civil Affairs Sergeant in the 426 Civil Affairs Battalion of the US Army Reserve. Melia Keller holds a PsyD and an MBA.

Melia Keller, PsyD, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix, obtaining it from 2007 to 2009. In the same period, they also completed the Western CUNA Management School Degree in the Financial Institution Executive Management Program at Pomona College.

Recently, Melia Keller has been working towards their PsyD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at California Southern University, a program that they started in 2017 and is expected to finish by 2023. Additionally, in 2020, they earned a CX Certification in Customer Experience Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
