Neil Hegwood

Neil Hegwood has held various design roles throughout their career. Neil started as a Graphic Designer at The Art Department of Rome in 1991 and then worked as a Designer & Colorist at Crown Crafts, Inc. from 1992 to 1994. Neil joined Shaw Industries in 1994 as the Head of Design and Creative Director, a position they held for 20 years until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Neil served as the Vice President of Design & Product Development at Mohawk Industries. Currently, they are employed as the Vice President of Design at Loloi Rugs since August 2020.

Neil Hegwood attended Shorter University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a minor in Marketing. Neil'sfield of study was Design and Applied Arts.
