Rose Alexander has a diverse range of work experience in the arts and community engagement sectors. Rose is currently the Head of Culture at London Bridge City, a role they began in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Trustee at Camden Giving, working towards ending local poverty and inequality in Camden starting from November 2020.

From 2018 to 2022, Rose worked at British Land as the Community Manager. In this role, they designed the Regent's Place community program, partnered with businesses to support social value and sustainability agendas, and increased the site's social impact.

At Battersea Arts Centre, Rose held multiple positions between 2011 and 2018. Rose ran the Young Producers project and led various community initiatives such as the Create Course for adults, monthly Family Saturdays, and a dance project for older people. Rose also served as the Community Projects Coordinator and Assistant Producer for events and facilitation at the center.

Rose also worked as an Arts Producer at Fitzrovia Centre from 2015 to 2017, launching an Events Program that connected local residents and tackled social isolation. Additionally, they were Co-Artistic Director at Mini Works from 2016 to 2017, where they created immersive family events in collaboration with Rumpus party crew.

Furthermore, Rose co-founded and served as the Festival Director for Mini VAULT at VAULT Festival from 2014 to 2016. Rose established a family event with diverse performances and expanded the festival due to its success.

Rose'swork at Duckie involved being an Assistant Producer for various events, including the Posh Club for older people in Crawley and Duckie events such as Gateways and Saturday Nights.

Throughout their varied career, Rose has demonstrated expertise in community engagement, event production, program management, and fostering social value and equality.

Rose Alexander attended Goldsmiths, University of London from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree. Rose has also earned certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in March 2021, Managing Safely from IOSH in March 2020, and RAMS Training from International Workplace in September 2019.
