Alecia Birthwright

Alecia Birthwright is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at London Business School since November 2021. Prior roles include Head of Talent and Business Partner (Talent) at Unicef UK, as well as significant experience at UNICEF and Adecco Group UK & Ireland, where Alecia was instrumental in talent identification, development, and succession planning. Alecia's earlier career at the Ministry of Justice UK encompassed various roles, including Talent Manager and People Strategy Manager, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and transformation programs. Alecia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
