Hattie Gaines is a professional with a background in customer success and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and formerly a Cybersecurity Account Executive at IBM. Hattie has also held roles in IBM Systems and participated in the Summit Program. Additionally, Hattie gained consulting experience as a Strategy & Operations Consulting Summer Scholar at Deloitte Consulting and worked as a Summer Marketing Analyst for AT&T. Hattie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Spelman College and completed secondary education at Marriotts Ridge High School.
