Jason Lopez

Jason Lopez is a skilled research and development technician currently employed at Lone Star Bakery since May 2022, following a role as a food technologist at Sterling Foods from May 2018 to April 2022. With a background in baking technology and commercialization, Jason also served as a teaching assistant and kitchen manager at The Culinary Institute of America from October 2016 to September 2017, and as a sous chef at San Antonio Food Bank from October 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Jason has experience as a production supervisor at Tuff Shed, Inc. from July 2002 to December 2012. Jason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Culinary Institute of America, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
