Heath Winter

Heath Winter is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and engagement strategies. Currently, as Partner and Vice-Chair of Corporate Governance and Shareholder Engagement at Longacre Square Partners since October 2023, Heath has contributed to the firm's recognition as a leading advisor in contested situations. Previously, Heath served as Vice President at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, focusing on special situations research from January 2019 to October 2023. Additional roles include Managing Partner at ArbitrOption Capital Management, Event-Driven Analyst at Think 20/20 LLC, Research Director at Silverado Capital, M&A Analyst at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, and Consultant at Bassich Associates. Heath holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Affairs with concentrations in Economics and Politics from The George Washington University.
