Rachel Yu

Rachel Yu has a diverse range of work experience in customer success and marketing roles. Rachel is currently working as a Senior Merchant Success Manager at Loop, where they focus on helping merchants succeed and fostering relationships with brands. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Merchant Success Manager at Smile.io, where they managed merchant experiences and helped Shopify brands find success with the loyalty platform. Rachel also worked as a Customer Success Manager at PathFactory, where they assisted high-growth tech companies in improving their sales pipeline and funnel velocity.
