Paulo Pereira

Paulo Pereira is currently the CBDO at LOQR. Prior to this, they were the Chief Process Officer at LOQR from May 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for organizational transition alignment and change management assurance, as well as enterprise process management strategy delineation. Paulo's main duties included defining policies, rules & guidelines and establishing control mechanisms; designing the strategy for process management (mapping processes & procedures and ensuring its overall application across all areas); conceiving and developing frameworks & reporting tools; steering, oversight, and deployment of cross-functional internal initiatives; and coordination of top-tier external engagements (managing relationships with specific vendors, partners, and stakeholders). Paulo also liaised with all teams to provide feedback on gaps, pain-points & lessons learned (helping in issues resolution, proposing improvements, promoting best practices and classifying impacts for organizational transformation), and represented the company in events.

Prior to their role as Chief Process Officer, Paulo was the Chief Business Development Officer at LOQR from May 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's business development efforts and overseeing all sales and marketing activities.

Before joining LOQR, Paulo was a Senior Consultant at Capco from April 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in the financial services industry on a wide range of topics, including digital transformation, customer experience, data & analytics, and regulatory compliance

Paulo Pereira has a degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a summer course in Business Management in Changing Europe from Warsaw School of Economics, and a secondary education in Economic Social from Escola Secundária Garcia de Orta. Paulo also has a certification from Scrum.org in Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), a certification from IAPMEI, I.P. - Agência para a Competitividade e Inovação in Accredited Business Angel, and a certification from Sonae in Contact Program.
