Georgi Tsenkov

Georgi Tsenkov has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Georgi began their career in 2007 as an IT Administrator at ASTRA B, where they were responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software. Georgi then transitioned to the role of Customer Service Representative at Administrative Court Sofia in 2007, where they provided customer service support.

In 2014, Georgi joined Intelligent Systems Bulgaria Ltd as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they provided consulting services related to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

From 2016 to 2017, Georgi worked as a Change Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they led change management activities and drove process transitions. Georgi then moved to DXC Technology, where they continued to work as a Change Manager from 2017 to 2019, with responsibilities that included leading change management activities and implementing optimization strategies aligned with strategic transformation efforts.

Georgi then joined Merck Group as an IT Manager in 2019, where they formulated and executed the country IT strategy, delivered support to IT operational processes, and drove end-user service improvements until 2020.

Currently, Georgi is working at Louis Dreyfus Company as the Global Monitoring Team Lead, a position they have held since 2020. In this role, they lead a team of Monitoring Engineers, contributes to the strategic technology vision of IT Global Monitoring, and performs in-depth analysis for incident, problem, and change management.

Throughout their career, Georgi has demonstrated expertise in change management, IT strategy formulation, consulting, and customer service.

Georgi Tsenkov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting and Control, Finance from The Higher School of Insurance and Finance - 'VUZF University' between 2008 and 2012. Georgi then pursued a Master's degree in the Economy of the firm from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Georgi Tsenkov has obtained various certifications in areas such as People Management, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL V4 Foundation, and Windows System Administration.
