Ioana Matei

Ioana Matei is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Louis Dreyfus Company, where Ioana leads the Central Innovation Team to foster a culture of innovation and develop new business ventures. As a co-founder of Women in Immersive Technologies Europe, Ioana actively promotes inclusivity within the virtual, augmented, and mixed reality sectors. Ioana also co-founded Reality+ Film Productions, focusing on character-driven storytelling in the film industry, and co-produces the Virtual Reality section of the Fine Arts Film Festival in Los Angeles. Previously, Ioana was the CIO for Procter & Gamble in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, where Ioana spearheaded IT operations and digital transformation efforts. Ioana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from universities in Romania.
