Wayne Metcalfe

Wayne Metcalfe, PhD is currently the DevOps Director at Loyalty Information Technologies. Prior to this role, Wayne held various positions at companies such as Genesys, Aspect Software, and Blue Tree Systems - an ORBCOMM® Company, where Wayne worked on implementing HA deployment strategies, creating real-time monitoring solutions, and developing back office and mobile applications. Wayne's background includes experience as a Post Doctoral Researcher at NUI Galway and Princeton University, focusing on chemical kinetic mechanism development and rate constant calculations. Wayne holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Galway and a Higher Diploma in Software Design and Development.
