Dan Kennedy

Dan Kennedy has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role as Principal at Barrister & Solicitor since October 2018. Prior to this, they held various positions at LoyaltyOne, including Vice President, Legal Services from March 1998 to present and Senior Legal Counsel from August 2016 to November 2018. Before joining LoyaltyOne, they worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as a Partner from 1988 to 1998 and at Field & Field, Barristers & Solicitors as a Partner from 1981 to 1988.

Dan Kennedy attended Philemon Wright High School in Gatineau (Hull), QC from 1971 to 1973. Dan then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science at Carleton University from 1973 to 1976. Following this, Dan pursued further education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from 1976 to 1979.
