Jennifer Carson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to client success, partnerships, loyalty, customer experience, and marketing. Jennifer Carson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies and Psychology from the University of Toronto - New College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2003, they enrolled at Ryerson University and completed various courses in the Marketing Management Certificate syllabus until 2006.
