Ryan Taylor has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Ryan is currently working as a Creative Lead and Partner at Hype Bomb since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at LoyaltyOne as a Senior Art Director from 2009 to an unspecified end date. During their time at LoyaltyOne, they were responsible for developing and implementing the AIR MILES rebrand and creating brand guidelines. Ryan also worked as an Art Director at LoyaltyOne from 2009 to 2015, where they executed various creative deliverables. Before joining LoyaltyOne, Ryan worked as a Creative Director and Designer at The Brandvan from 2018 to 2020. Ryan also worked at Kaboose Inc. as a Designer from 2008 to 2009, where they conceptualized advertising and creative assets for clients such as GE and Disney. Prior to that, they worked as an Interface Designer at Riptown.com Media from 2007 to 2008, where they collaborated on various projects and designed various media forms. Ryan also had a brief stint as a Designer at Fiver Media in 2008.

Ryan Taylor has a diverse education history. In 2000-2003, they attended Durham College and obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design. In 2017, they attended Akendi and earned a User Experience Designer Certification. Then, in 2020, they attended IDEO U and completed the Foundations in Creative Leadership program. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained two certifications: an Advanced Design Thinking Certificate from IDEO U in August 2022 and a certification in Unlocking Creativity from IDEO U in May 2022.
