Davy Bannister

Davy Bannister is currently the EVP, CTO at LPL Financial. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, IT Business Aligned Technology, Production Services at TIAA from December 2006 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for delivery and support of infrastructure services aligned to TIAA’s business objectives. Before joining TIAA, Davy was the Divsional Vice President of Infrastructure Operations at Family Dollar Stores from January 2003 to December 2006.

From January 1996 to December 2003, Davy served as the Director of Technical Services at Pillowtex Corp. In this role, they oversaw all technical aspects of the company including systems and networks. Prior to Pillowtex, Davy was the Senior Programmer/Systems/Network Analyst at The New Cherokee Corp from January 1994 to December 1996.

Davy began their career in 1992 as a Simulation Systems Analyst at SPARTA. Davy held this position until 1994 when they joined The New Cherokee Corp.

Davy Bannister graduated with a Master of Science in Mathematics from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Clemson University.
