Sarah Caines

Sarah Caines has a strong background in talent acquisition and resourcing. Sarah is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at LRQA. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Resourcing at TGI Fridays UK, where they also worked as a Resourcing Manager. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Global and as a Graduate Recruitment Manager at Specsavers. Sarah began their career as a Campaign Manager at Discovery Graduates, where they also served as a Graduate Account Manager. Sarah has expertise in leading recruitment campaigns, managing client relationships, and designing and facilitating assessment centers. In their roles, Sarah has demonstrated their ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and processes and oversee Early Talent programs.

Sarah Caines completed their BA in Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010. Sarah then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, specifically CIPD Level 7, at Solihull College from 2016 to 2018.
