Caroline Lin

Caroline Lin has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. Caroline started their career at Lile Chemical Company, where they held various roles such as Executive Secretary and HR Assistant. Caroline then became a Senior HR Officer and later a Compensation & Benefits Manager. In 2006, Caroline joined The Lubrizol Corporation as a Regional HR Manager for Asia Pacific, a position they held until 2012 when they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources for the same region. Caroline continued to advance within the company and became the Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific in 2021. Caroline's most recent position is as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, India, and the Middle East.

Caroline Lin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fudan University in the years 1987 to 1991. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, specializing in Executive MBA (EMBA). Additionally, they obtained a certification in Wave Personality Assessment from Saville Assessment, a WTW Company, in the year 2022.
