Jessica Hillis

Jessica Hillis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica began their career at Nordstrom as a Retail Specialist in August 2011 and worked there until December 2012. Jessica then transitioned to Cars.com as an Account Manager from December 2012 to January 2014. Following that, Jessica joined JCC Chicago as a Manager for J at School, where they led school programming and provided logistical support to parents from June 2014 to March 2018. Jessica then joined Kenna Security as a People Operations Manager in Chicago, focusing on risk vulnerability management, from March 2018 to January 2022. Most recently, Jessica worked at Cisco as a People and Community Representative from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of People Operations Manager at Luma Health starting in February 2022.

Jessica Hillis attended Western Michigan University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Business Management.
