Arja Havaste

Arja Havaste has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, primarily with LUMENE Oy, where current responsibilities as Global Project Manager for Skin Care and Makeup encompass project management, resource allocation, and support for global marketing and R&D teams. Previously, as Global Brand Manager for Color Cosmetics, strategic development of product concepts and portfolio management were key functions.
