Lloyd Frank

Lloyd Frank has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lloyd started their career at Jubilee Family Development Center as an At-Risk Child Mentor/Program Coordinator, where they tutored and mentored at-risk children. Lloyd then joined J.Crew as a Software Research Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Database Analyst & Systems Admin, where they created and maintained internal databases and developed reporting tools.

Lloyd also worked at Liberty University as a Systems Administrator Infrastructure II, Senior Systems Engineer Enterprise Storage, and IT Support Specialist II. In these roles, they were involved in various responsibilities such as maintaining hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and designing network capacity solutions. Lloyd also served as a Lead Subject Matter Expert for storage infrastructure, cloud integration, and migration services.

Most recently, Lloyd worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Lead IT Systems Engineer for a short period before joining Lumeris as a Principal Storage Engineer. In their current role, they are responsible for maintaining a large-scale healthcare Netapp environment, troubleshooting issues related to storage systems, and serving as the Lead Subject Matter Expert for the storage infrastructure clustered SAN environment.

Lloyd Frank obtained their Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Lynchburg in 2007. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Netapp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP Clustered from NetApp in 2018, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2020, and various certifications from Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, and HDI between 2012 and 2014.
