Garrett Silver

Garrett Silver is an experienced executive currently serving as the EVP of Integration Management at Lumifi, where responsibilities include managing the integration of strategic acquisitions since November 2024. Prior to this role, Garrett was the CEO of Critical Insight from March 2017 to November 2024, leading the company to significant growth and recognition, including a 100% CAGR and successful acquisition by Lumifi Cyber. Garrett has held various leadership positions at Capital One, including MVP for ShareBuilder Digital Products, and Divisional CIO, overseeing substantial engineering teams and budgets. Additional roles include CEO in Residence at Madrona Venture Labs and various management positions at ING Direct - ShareBuilder. Garrett's early career included roles as a Trainer and Consultant at Cascadia Software and Head of Development at Innovant Apparel Systems. Garrett holds a B.A. in Sciences from Western Washington University and pursued undergraduate studies in Engineering at Stanford University.
