Zach Little

Zach Little is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management within the automotive and tech industries. Currently serving as CTO at RADAR since July 2024, Zach previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Luminar Technologies from December 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Zach was with Argo AI from June 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included Vice President of Hardware/Firmware, overseeing the development of self-driving system hardware. Earlier career positions include Director of Lidar Engineering at Apple (December 2011 - May 2019) and various program management roles at Microsoft, focusing on health solutions and Windows initiatives. Zach began the career as an Electrical Design Engineer at Motorola from June 2004 to August 2005. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame (2001 - 2004).
