Ronja Seiffert

Ronja Seiffert has worked in various roles since 2017. Ronja began their career at The Behaviour Change Agency as a Behavioural Strategy and Insight Analysis, where they gained experience in all departments of the agency, focusing on working with the strategy team. In 2019, they joined Inspiring People Europe as a Communication Strategist. In 2018, they began working at The Hunting Dynasty as a Behavioural Consultant, where they supported clients from the insurance, media, and natural building material sector. Currently, they are a Brand and Communications Manager at Luminovo, where they are building and maintaining a brand that resonates with customers and employees alike.

Ronja Seiffert obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Maastricht University between 2012 and 2015. In 2020, they obtained two additional certifications, namely Responsive Website Basics: Code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and UX Design: From Concept to Prototype, both from Coursera.
