David Galstyan

David Galstyan has a strong background in business development and innovation. David currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at LURIN since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Innovation at LURIN from April 2022 to June 2023. Before joining LURIN, David worked as a Transaction and Asset Manager at the same company from July 2021 to April 2022. David also has experience as an Associate at Travis Hyde Properties from May 2020 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, David worked at RealFoundations, where they served as a Lead Consultant from July 2018 to August 2019, Consultant from July 2017 to June 2018, and Analyst from February 2014 to June 2017. David started their career as a Project Manager at Epic from August 2012 to September 2013, where they oversaw the implementation of customized electronic medical software modules and facilitated change management during the transition from paper to digital systems.

David Galstyan obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin between 2008 and 2012. During this time, they also briefly studied Economics and Art History at Université Paris Nanterre in 2011. Later, David pursued a Master's Degree in the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University from 2019 to 2021.
