Robin Zugehör

Robin Zugehör has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Robin is currently serving as the Commercial Director DACH at LutherOne since July 2022. In this role, they are responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and all commercial activities, including setting up SDR and AE teams, key account management, and channel activities. LutherOne is a company that challenges the status quo of employee experience, engagement, and culture in the DACH region through their SaaS solution.

Prior to LutherOne, Robin founded and served as the CEO of Budecon - Business Advisory s.r.o. since January 2017. Budecon specializes in business development and consulting services, with a particular focus on software and IT businesses. They provide new perspectives, sales solutions, and Go-To-Market strategies for direct and indirect sales models.

From September 2018 to July 2022, Robin worked at Robert Walters as the Manager - Technology Hamburg. Robin was responsible for building and leading the technology/IT division in Hamburg, as well as developing the Northern German territory within the IT vertical. Robin also had P&L responsibility and partnered with clients of various industries.

Robin has also gained experience at Crisalix as a Team Leader for International Sales Development in 2016 and at Microsoft, where they worked as a Supervisor and Consultant for Microsoft Project Switzerland. Previous to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Chemical Engineering at Clausthal University of Technology.

Robin Zugehör attended Tilman-Riemenschneider Gymnasium Osterode from 2004 to 2011.

Following this, from 2011 to 2015, Robin Zugehör attended Technische Universität Clausthal.
