Kara Miciotto

Kara Miciotto, PHR has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kara started their career at Field Container Company in 1996 as a Human Resource Specialist and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Cambridge International. In 2000, they joined Lorch Microwave as the Director of Human Resource Management and held this role until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources at LWRC International, LLC.

Kara Miciotto, PHR pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Social Work from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, which they completed between the years 1996 and 1999. Following this, they went on to obtain a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002.
