Alison Wotherspoon

Alison joined Lygon Group in September 2018 and leverages more than 23 years' experience in executive search having specialised in chairman, non-executive director, CEO and divisional leadership searches for industry-leading clients around the world.

She joined Lygon from The Zygos Partnership (now part of Russell Reynolds) where she led board searches for publicly-listed, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies across a range of sectors. Prior to Zygos, Alison spent close to five years with Russell Reynolds, and, before that, eight years with Spencer Stuart in London and Sydney focused on board roles in the industrial, consumer and retail sectors.

Alison holds a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Manchester.
