Terence Kennelly, CAIA, CFP®

Terence Kennelly has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Terence is currently the Executive Director - Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Mack Real Estate Group since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Oaktree Capital Management as an Assistant Vice President on the Marketing and Client Relations team from September 2013 to June 2018, where they covered Oaktree's Real Estate strategies. Before joining Oaktree, they were an Analyst at The Carlyle Group from November 2010 to September 2013. Terence began their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management from September 2009 to April 2010, where they prepared complex tax returns and assisted account managers in various financial tasks.

Terence Kennelly, CAIA, CFP®, graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Skidmore College in 2010. In 2009, they participated in the IES European Union Program, focusing on the Economics and Politics of the European Union. In 2012, Terence obtained the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association. Terence also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification, although the specific institution and date of obtaining this certification are undisclosed.
