Madeline Logan-JohnBaptiste holds the position of Director of Emergency Department, DASA, Urgent Care Centre, & Ambulatory Care Services at Mackenzie Health since March 2022, after serving as Director of Command Centre Operations & Patient Flow at Grand River Hospital from June 2021 to March 2022. With a strong background at Mackenzie Health from November 2012 to June 2021 in various roles including Manager of Patient Flow and NRT, Patient Care Manager in Medicine, and Professional Practice Leader in Nursing, as well as experience as Clinical Practice Leader in the Emergency Department at Humber River Hospital from June 2006 to November 2012, Madeline brings extensive leadership in healthcare operations. Madeline is currently pursuing advanced leadership training at Schulich ExecEd and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ottawa University, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Registered Nursing from York University.
