Talent Management and Operations Head at Mactores

Dhwani Thakkar started their work experience in 2016 at Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Tester. Dhwani worked on the Citi Bank Project, where they were responsible for preparing Business Scenario Matrix, Test Case Matrix, reviewing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents, and preparing Test Scripts/Test Cases. Dhwani worked in this role until February 2018.

In 2020, Dhwani joined Mactores as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they specialized in Core IT requirements such as Big Data, Cloud, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Google Cloud, Full Stack, Deep Learning, and Wordpress. Their responsibilities included quality hiring, finding suitable candidates, drafting job descriptions, publishing requirements, searching and placing candidates in India and the USA, and meeting open needs within the defined turnaround time. Dhwani also coordinated with the manager for requirement updates. Dhwani held this position until December 2021.

In January 2022, they transitioned to the role of Talent Management and Operations Head at Mactores, where they currently work.

Dhwani Thakkar completed their Bachelor of Management Studies degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Mulund College Of Commerce, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce for their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) education in Business/Commerce. Dhwani completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from St. Marys Convent High School. From 2017 to 2019, Dhwani attended the Welingkar Institute of Management, where they focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration but did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Udemy, including "The Essentials of Feedback & Performance Management," "Jira for Beginners," "HR as Strategic Business Partner," "OKR Goal Setting 101," "Understanding Performance Management as an HR Professional," "Employer Branding for Talent Acquisition," and "Employee Engagement and Retention." The certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023.
