Matt Rosenwinkel, MBA, is a Senior Compensation Analyst at Macy's. With previous experience as a Finance Associate at Fidelity Investments, Matt specializes in cost modeling, analytics and reporting, and automating manual tasks. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northern Kentucky University, an MBA from Xavier University, and is currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University. Matt also holds a certificate in Data Science from Cornell University.
