Shaki Mbisa

Shaki Mbisa currently serves as the Head Chef at Made In Hackney since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shaki held the position of Sous Chef at MEAT PEOPLE t/a everlasting joy and at Daylesford from August 2018 to August 2020. Shaki also gained valuable experience as an Event Chef at Absolute Taste from July 2012 to July 2018.
