Daniel Meyers

Senior Vice President, Project Management at Madison Marquette

Daniel P. Meyers is Senior Vice President at Madison Marquette. He is responsible for managing the company’s Seattle-based assets, with a primary focus on leading redevelopment efforts at Pacific Place, featuring 335,000 square feet of premiere retail in downtown Seattle.

Mr. Meyers has more than 25 years of experience in design, construction and development of large urban mixed-use retail, office, hotel and residential projects. He has been a pivotal influence on the re-shaping of downtown Bellevue, leading the design and construction teams for Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place, Lincoln Square and Lincoln Square Expansion. With his expertise in architecture, master planning, conceptual design, management of real estate teams and construction, Mr. Meyers brings an extraordinary record of execution success to Madison Marquette and to the associated projects.

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Meyers served as Senior Vice President for Design and Construction with Kemper Development Company. His involvement included aspects of planning, design, permitting and construction for the renovation and expansion of Bellevue Square, and the development of Lincoln Square. At Sclater Partners Architects, he was responsible for retail, office and housing management operations.

Mr. Meyers is a graduate of Washington State University’s School of Architecture. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute
