André Albrecht

André Albrecht has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Researcher at ProLogIS/UFSC - Sistemas Produtivos e Logísticos Inteligentes, where they focused on developing and analyzing intelligent logistics systems through the use of computational tools and integrating logistics and transportation with industrial processes. During this time, they were also a Guest Researcher at the University of Muenster / European Research Center for Information Systems, where they conducted research on topics related to logistics and the use of simulation tools on the decision making process. In 2017, they became a Growth Hacker - Web analytics specialist at Resultados Digitais, where they were responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining the data infrastructure of the marketing department. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Growth Hacker - Web analytics specialist at Matmatch, focusing on acquisition strategies ranging from email marketing, paid media, SEO, and data analysis on user behaviour. Currently, they are the COO of Maestro ABM, a SaaS built to help companies sell to enterprises and target accounts through the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework.

André Albrecht obtained a High School Diploma from Central High school in 2008-2009. André then went on to obtain an Engineer's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2010-2017. Additionally, they have a certification in Growth Hacking Crash Course from Growth Tribe Academy.
