Paul Strong

Paul Strong has a diverse range of work experience, spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is Store Operations Director at Magnet Ltd, where they have been working since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Property & Central Operations Director at the same company, from January to June 2023. Before joining Magnet Ltd, Paul worked at Iceland Foods as Head of Activity Planning & Instore Marketing from April 2018 to December 2020. Paul also held the position of Head of Instore Experience at Dunelm from April 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at George at Asda as Head of Proposition, Store Design, Development and Visual from April 2015 to April 2016, and as Head of Sales Development from January 2013 to June 2015. Paul began their career at Marks and Spencer, where they held various roles in Commercial and Store Management from April 1998 to December 2006.
