Matt Newgren

Matt Newgren has worked for a number of companies since 2007. Their first job was as a Metrology Technician at SSG Precision Optronics from 2007 to 2009. Matt then worked as a Field Service Engineer and Senior Field Service Engineer at Bruker Daltonik GmbH from 2009 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Field Service Engineer II at Fluidigm Corporation. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at IONpath Inc. as a Product Specialist and Application Engineer. During this time, they performed training, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and represented customers' views within the company. Finally, they are currently an Operations Manager and New Product Introduction Engineer at Magnetic Insight, Inc., where they function as a technical expert during prototype, alpha, and beta product development, and oversees build-out and maintenance of the research laboratories.

Matt Newgren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Optical Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis between 2002 and 2007.
