Kenneth Hiser

Kenneth Theirer has held various roles in data management since 2001. Kenneth began their career as a Lead Data Manager at Smith Hanley Consulting Group in 2001. Kenneth then moved to Gentiae Corp in 2004, where they were a Lead Clinical Data Manager. In 2006, they joined PPD Inc. as a Senior Lead Clinical Data Manager. From 2007-2010, they were a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management at FibroGen. Kenneth then moved to Geron Corporation, where they held the same position from 2010-2013. In 2013, they became the Director of Data Management and Biometrics at Kalobios Inc. Kenneth then worked as a Senior Clinical Data Management Consultant as an Independent Consultant from 2014-2018. Kenneth is currently a Director Data Management at Cytokinetics, a role they have held since 2018, and will soon be a Senior Director, Data Management at MAIA Biotechnology, Inc. in 2022.

Kenneth Theirer attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Psychology. Kenneth then attended Temple University from 1988 to 1990. In 2013, they enrolled in the Clinical Trials and Design Management Certification Program at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they are currently enrolled.
