James Pursey

James Pursey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client services across various technology sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Replicate Labs since June 2023, James focuses on enhancing sales teams’ understanding of buyers through dynamic personas. James is also involved as an Angel Investor at Lunio, a Brand Ambassador for Mailforge, and a member of RevGenius and the Revenue Enablement Society since November 2023, connecting with SaaS leaders to discuss revenue and coaching strategies. Prior to these roles, James held multiple leadership positions at Similarweb, including VP of Enablement & Client Services, where strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing Go-To-Market functions were implemented. James's career includes founding Sorted App and overseeing marketing at carwow, alongside various roles that contributed to the growth and development of technology-driven services. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.
