Dean Drief

Dean Drief has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Dean is currently the Director of Operations at Mainsail Lodging & Development, a position they have held since September 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Hotel Room Operations/Guest Experience at Marriott International from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Dean served as the Director of Rooms at Atlanta Marriott Marquis from June 2018 to July 2021. Dean also held the role of Director of Operations at Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown from June 2016 to May 2018. Dean's earlier experience includes working at Atlanta Marriott Marquis from August 2011 to June 2016 as Director of Services and Front Office Manager. Dean was also the Front Office Manager at Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta from 2006 to 2008 and held various positions at Renaissance Hotels from 1998 to 2006, including Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, Guest Services Supervisor, Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, and Bellperson.
