Keith Cassettari

Keith Cassettari is a systems administrator at Mainstay Technologies. Keith has also worked as a helpdesk supervisor, IT consultant, and senior helpdesk specialist. Keith has been working in the IT field for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience with managing Active Directory, Office 2003/2007, Backup Exec, Polycom Video Conference system, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Localized Boston computer images, and Second nature phone system support. Keith is also Dell certified and is able to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues with Lenovo and Dell machines.
