Zach Jones

Zach Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zach began their career at Centralized Showing Service, where they worked as a Manager, Help Desk associate, and later as a Regional Account Executive. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and acquiring new accounts.

In 2015, Zach joined Citrix ShareFile as an Account Manager of Inbound Trials, where they helped customers on trial find suitable solutions for their businesses. Zach also worked in Corporate Sales, building relationships with executives and IT personnel, and generating sales through prospecting and follow-up.

In 2017, Zach moved to Verizon Wireless as a Business Account Specialist and later as a Business Account Manager. In these roles, they specialized in providing wireless solutions to industries like Construction, Professional Services, and Insurance. Zach'sresponsibilities included prospecting, analyzing customer needs, delivering training, and generating sales forecast reports.

Later, in 2017, Zach returned to Citrix as a SMB Inside Sales Expansion Specialist, SB Territory Manager Upper Central & Illinois, Digital Sales Associate, and Territory Manager. In these roles, they focused on building rapport with executives and IT personnel, generating sales, and leveraging their expertise in cloud computing technologies and SaaS.

From 2022 to 2023, Zach worked at Accruent as a Senior Inside Sales Representative SLED East. Here, they actively worked with Universities and the Public sector to provide software solutions for room scheduling and space management. Zach was competent in explaining cloud computing technologies and SaaS to non-technical customers, delivering streamlined solutions for complex situations.

Currently, Zach is employed as a Mid Market Account Manager at MaintainX.

Zach Jones attended Fuquay-Varina High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their High School diploma with a focus on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Following this, from 2002 to 2003, they attended Hargrave Military Academy. Subsequently, Zach Jones pursued higher education at Saint Peter's University from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Business/Commerce, General. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) qualification from Citrix in January 2020.
