Weston has had an extensive career in various sales and management roles, primarily in the wine industry. Starting as a Senior Field Sales Representative at Johnston Press in 2000, Weston has since worked in roles such as Head of Sales at Majestic Wine and Regional Sales Manager at Bibendum Wine. Weston's experience also includes positions in customer development, business development, and category development.
