Sue has held various leadership roles in companies such as Majestic Wine, Travis Perkins plc, Wickes, and Sainsburys Supermakets Limited. Throughout their career, they have successfully launched online warehouses, improved forecasting and replenishment processes, and implemented effective strategies for branch growth. Sue is skilled in managing teams, suppliers, and stock inventory to ensure seamless operations and achieve key targets.

Sue Roberts obtained their Level 2 Certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in the year 2017. Earlier, from 1988 to 1992, they attended Northolt Grammar School and pursued Business Studies.
