Jacqueline Bokser LeFebvre

Jackie Bokser LeFebvre is a Managing Director in their New York Associate Practice Group. She focuses on recruiting and placing associates of all levels in top-tier national, international, regional and boutique law firms. Jackie prides herself on learning each candidate's objectives when considering a lateral move and providing guidance throughout the entire hiring process to ensure those career goals are always prioritized. She considers herself a career counselor, navigating her candidates through every step of the lateral process including providing critical data, helping understand firm culture, incorporating long-term career objectives and giving thorough preparation for interviews and offers.

Additionally, Jackie has presented and counseled students at top law schools, including University of Pennsylvania and Stanford, to advise them on how to approach the On-Campus Interview process and to help them gain an understanding of practice areas trajectories and career paths.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Jackie worked as a legal recruiter with Triumph Search Consultants. In this role, she recruited talented legal associates for opportunities in AmLaw 200 law firms, boutiques and in-house positions throughout New York. She began her legal career as a litigation associate and finds this background helpful when connecting with her candidates.
