Zuzana Kubínová

Zuzana Kubínová is a seasoned professional in employer branding and talent marketing, currently serving as a Senior Employer Branding Manager at Make since October 2022. Zuzana's career began as a Financial Accountant and transitioned through multiple roles in project management, employer branding, and social media marketing, notably at ČEZ and INVENTI Labs. During Zuzana's tenure at ČEZ, strategic adaptations were made during the COVID-19 pandemic to enhance online employer branding efforts in the IT and tech sectors. Zuzana holds a Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management from the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague and has participated in the Google Developer Scholarship program, gaining foundational skills in web development.
