Marion Hislaire has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Marion is currently working as the Operations Manager for Make.org Foundation since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Learning Program Manager for NUMA New York from October 2019 to February 2021.

In 2016, Marion joined NUMA Paris and held two roles during their tenure. Marion worked as an Account Manager from March 2018 to June 2019 and then as the CityMakers Program Director from November 2016 to February 2018. The CityMakers program focused on creating new mobility services by fostering collaboration between startups, the City of Paris, and private partners in the mobility industry.

Before joining NUMA, Marion worked as an Expansion Manager for Peerspace in 2016. Marion'sresponsibilities included expanding the Peerspace marketplace in Paris. Marion started their career at NUMA in 2015 as a Community Manager, where they engaged with entrepreneurs from startups, corporates, SMEs, communities, and public institutions. Marion'smain activities included community management, business development, and event management.

Marion also gained experience as an Event Manager at Libération from April 2012 to June 2014. In this role, they led content and programming for various events such as festivals, panels, and roundtables.

Marion Hislaire began their education at Université Paris Cité in 2007, where they pursued a Licence degree in Sociologie et anthropologie. Marion completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Following that, Marion enrolled at the same university to continue their education. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Politiques culturelles.
