Wouter Kampmann

Wouter Kampmann is the current Head of Engineering at MakerDAO. Wouter has been with the company since November 2017 and has been in their current position since June 2021. Prior to joining MakerDAO, Wouter worked as the Lead Software Architect at Ocular Interactive from October 2017 to June 2018. Wouter also worked as a Technical Director at CogniStreamer from March 2013 to August 2017. Before that, they were self-employed as a web application developer from January 2011 to December 2013.

Wouter Kampmann received a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Ghent University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatica from Ghent University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Ghent University. Wouter also studied English and Japanese at Het Perspectief and Humaniora at Sint-Janscollege Sint-Amandsberg.
